1. Detailed description of goods and/or services
F4 Paints is a business in the retail industry that sells paint and paint accessories to the public.
2. Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 business day (24 Working hours) and delivery confirmed by way of Courier.
(for e.g. booking number / booking voucher etc. and must mention the use of courier and/or postal services and associated costs, if applicable.)
3. Export restriction
The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.
4. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by F4 Paints is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, F4 Paints will refund the client in full within 30 days, however products advertised on the Store are in physical stock locally with F4 Paints, unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15 % administration fee if the order has already been paid in full (managers discretion) . All Warranties unless otherwise stipulated remain with the manufacturer of the product. Any product received by the client after purchase is deemed to be in good working order if F4 Paints is not notified in writing within 48 working hours of receiving the item.
Any item brought to our attention within the said 48 working hour period will be replaced by F4 Paints, if the item is not available or no longer in stock, F4 Paints will allow the Client to substitute the item for replacement, the client will have to settle any price difference, however shipping will be covered by F4 Paints, alternatively F4 Paints will refund the client.
No refunds will be provided for any special tint orders.
5. Customer privacy policy
F4 Paints shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

6. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via bank transfer into the F4 Paints bank account, the details of which will be provided on checkout and on the VAT invoice provided via Email after the order is placed.
7. Card acquiring and security – Yoco Payments
Online credit card and debit card payments are processed via Yoco secure payments.
8. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
9. Responsibility
F4 Paints takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
10. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and F4 Paints chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
12. Variation
F4 Paints may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
